YOKED: A Pacific Coast Retreat
February 13–20, 2027 | Troncones, Mexico
With Nya & Stephie
Yoked is more than a retreat - it’s a return. Rooted in the Sanskrit word yuj, meaning “to yoke” or “to unite,” this 8-day experience is an invitation to reconnect: to the land beneath your feet, the sea beside you, the rhythm of your own breath, and the community gathered around you.
Through daily yoga and Pilates, nourishing meals, ocean excursions, meaningful conversation, and spacious time to simply be, Yoked creates the conditions for real connection. This is eight days to unplug from the noise and remember what it feels like to be fully present, yoked to nature, to yourself, and to one another.
